TANAP Natural Gas Transmission Company was established by State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) within the frame of Memorandum of Understanding signed between Government of Turkish Republic and Government of Azerbaijan Republic on 24.11.2011. TANAP Natural Gas Transmıssıon Company has been authorized as a project owner to complete TANAP Project's design, construction and operation following them. It is joint stock company based in Ankara and the share of our Comapny is 30%.
