BOTAŞ Primary and Secondary School is affiliated to the Ministry of National Education and gives formal education within the borders of the Petroleum Operations District Management in line with the protocols signed. The school has 90 students and consists of two sections as Primary and Secondary school. The majority of the registered students come from neighboring villages near our facility. Some of the BOTAŞ personnel invited by the school management give the students some lessons on petroleum transit activities, labor safety procedures, information on health and medical education, basic legal rights (child rights etc.), and fire security on voluntary basis. In addition to these, students can benefit from the social and sports facilities like football pitch, indoor sports hall, cinema hall and dining hall at our terminal area.

These various trainings and activities at sports and social facilities provided by BOTAŞ family are kind of an investment with no physical boundaries made for our future to help children’s development in many ways on their journey to tomorrow’s world.
