In order to transship natural gas from Floating Storage and Regasification Units (FSRU) to the national transmission system, engineering studies for the construction of the dock, auxiliary facilities and pipe line towards appropriately locating and designing the dock and auxiliary facilities on Saros Bay are in progress.

Upon completion, the project will significantly contribute to Turkey’s security of supply, notably the Marmara Region which is the primary consumer of the natural gas.
